Few techniques can compare to the effectiveness of “bumping” for catfish.  One key factor being able to keep your bait in the strike zone when fishing significant current. This makes using traditional rattles an issue because of the added drag they create. Rattlesnake bumping rattles are designed to produce the maximum amount of sound while maintaining the smallest profile possible. Our rattles are also positioned on the rig where they do the most good! Each time your rig is hopped of the bottom the rattles activate. This positioning and the line through design totally eliminate leader twist caused by fixed rattles installed near the hook as well.

Each rig has a lOO# main leader and a 50# Sinker dropper. Terminate sinker dropper with the provided swivel & duo lock or a loop. Next adjust rattles to either the high or low rig position.
